Finance Act 2012

The Finance Bill 2012 has now received Royal Assent and became Finance Act 2012 on 17 July 2012.
The Act is the largest on record running to 700 pages, over 200 sections and 39 schedules. It contains legislation relating to many of the provisions announced in the March 2012 Budget, including the new CFC and Patent Box regimes and changes to the taxation of life assurance businesses and friendly societies.
